1. Definitions
1.1. Seller – Evaldas Ūsas, individual activity certificate no. 926669.
1.2. E-shop – this online store, located at www.mooso.lt.
1.3. You/Buyer – an individual or legal entity capable of entering into transactions under applicable laws, who purchases goods for personal consumption or business purposes.
1.4. Rules – these rules, which set out the return and exchange policies for products purchased in the E-shop.
1.5. Parties – the Buyer and the Seller, either together or separately.
1.6. Goods/Services – everything that is sold in the E-shop. In these Rules, ‘goods’ also include services, when the E-shop sells both goods and services unless otherwise specified in the Rules.
2. General Provisions
2.1. These Rules determine the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and Seller for the return and exchange of goods purchased in the E-shop.

3. Return and Exchange of Goods
3.1. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you and wish to return or exchange them, please inform us by email within 72 hours of delivery at info@mooso.lt. When reporting a defective product, it is mandatory to provide a photo of the defective product.
3.2. The Buyer will be refunded for the returned product, including any delivery fees paid by the Buyer, once the product is returned to the Seller.
3.3. The refund for the goods will be transferred to the payment account.
3.4. The Seller is not deemed to have breached refund conditions if he cannot transfer the money due to the Buyer’s fault (delay in returning goods, inaccurate information, etc.).
3.5. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
3.5.1. The returned product must be in its original or other orderly packaging;
3.5.2. The returned product must be unused;
3.5.3. The returned product must be of the same set as received by the Buyer;
3.5.4. When returning a product, it is necessary to provide the VAT invoice confirming its purchase and to fill out a product return request.
3.6. In the case of the sale of defective goods, the Buyer can request to replace the defective product with a good quality one, reduce the product’s price, return the product and get a refund. The exchange and return of defective goods are carried out according to these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Final Provisions
4.1. These Rules are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right, at his discretion, to unilaterally change the Rules without additional notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are posted in the E-shop and are binding on the Buyer wishing to use the E-shop.
4.3. The Seller can at any time transfer his rights and obligations arising from these Rules to third parties without the consent of the Buyer and without notifying him.
4.4. In case of disputes between the Buyer and Seller, they are settled through negotiations. If the parties cannot agree, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.5. The consumer Buyer can submit a request and/or complaint regarding a product or service purchased in the Store to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (address details provided) or fill out a request form on the Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr/. This condition does not apply to business Buyers.
